Delivery/Shipping
We provide all deliveries and services based on these Terms and Conditions, in the version valid at the time of the order. These Terms and Conditions are valid indefinitely unless amended by the parties in a written agreement. In all other respects, the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) regarding sales contracts, as well as other Swiss laws and regulations, apply.
Deliveries to Switzerland/Liechtenstein
Shipping Method/Delivery Times: We ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein via Swiss Post (ECONOMY – Parcel). For orders up to CHF 100, goods are delivered to all postal addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein for a fee of CHF 9.00. For orders totaling more than CHF 100, delivery is postage-free and sent by registered mail.
Delivery: Delivery typically takes place within 4 to 10 business days. Items that are out of stock must be reordered by the customer.
International Shipping
Shipping Method / Delivery Times: We ship to Germany via the postal service (ECONOMY - Package). According to the postal service, delivery times are 4 to 8 business days; however, based on our experience, they typically range from 5 to 20 business days.
Delivery: We ship directly to the residential address you provide. However, it may happen that shipments within Germany must be picked up at a customs office.
Value-Added Tax (VAT): Please note that as a customer from Germany, German customs will charge you VAT and collect these fees (sometimes plus a processing surcharge) via cash on delivery upon delivery or pickup of the shipment.
Free shipping on orders of CHF 100 or more (Switzerland)
Orders with a total value of CHF 100 or more are shipped free of charge and insured throughout Switzerland via Swiss Post. We will only invoice you for the actual cost of the merchandise. Shopping couldn’t be more convenient or affordable. If the order value is less than CHF 100, a flat shipping fee of CHF 9 will be charged.
Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs and include Swiss VAT. Prices are subject to change at any time. Generally, the prices displayed in this shop at the time of your order apply.
Payment Methods
You can pay with Postcard, credit card (Mastercard and Visa), Twint, and PayPal. You can also pay in advance and receive a 5% discount.
Exchanges and Returns
Items may be exchanged within 14 days for a store credit of the same value from Bijouterie Am Bogen or for a refund. Exceptions include engraved items and rings made to a specific size. The items must be undamaged, unworn, and in their original condition. You will receive a receipt from the post office when you drop off your package. Please keep this receipt in a safe place, because if the package is lost, your return can only be credited upon presentation of this receipt—provided the package was returned via registered mail.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the returned merchandise has been worn or is not in perfect condition.
Exchanges or returns of clearance items: These items are excluded from cancellation, exchange, and return.

Final Provisions
By placing an order for goods, the customer is deemed to have accepted these General Terms and Conditions. Any changes or additions to the General Terms and Conditions shall be made exclusively by us. Such changes or additions must be made in writing.
The parties shall endeavor to settle any disputes arising from the performance of this contract amicably.
The place of jurisdiction is CH-Bremgarten. Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
